30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • No more than 25% consumed or used

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, products that are more than 25% consumed are not eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at veloragummieshelp@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work quickly to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been consumed by more than 25%

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
